- Submit content involving minors in any sexualized, exploitative, or abusive manner, or
any content that endangers a child.
1.3 Privacy and data
- Submit another person's personal or sensitive information without a lawful basis;
- Attempt to re-identify, profile, or harm individuals using Service output.
1.4 Security and integrity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models, except as
permitted by law;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or
authentication;
- Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the Service;
- Access the Service or others' data without authorization, including the admin or demo
features.
1.5 Abuse of the platform
- Circumvent or manipulate usage limits, entitlements, the cost ceiling, trials, or
billing, including the boost mechanism;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service except via features we
provide;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use another person's account.
1.6 Misuse of AI output
- Present AI output as professional (medical, legal, psychological, financial) advice;
- Use the Service to generate content that violates law or third-party rights.
1.7 Intellectual-property infringement
- Upload, store, or share audio, images, photos, or other material that infringes any
copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right. Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
2. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may, with or without notice, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
